MANAGE THE AGENCY TO CLIENT AND INTERNAL CREATIVE/PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT RELATIONSHIPS TO ENSURE THE MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR CLIENT'S ADVERTISING AND MARKETING OBJECTIVES WERE ACCOMPLISHED ON-TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET FOR BMW NORTH AMERICA NATIONAL AND REGIONAL MARKETS.

By the end of my tenure, BMW North America successfully launched the all new 3Series Convertible campaign including print, out-of-home, online and television spots in National and Regional markets. Over twenty online banner campaigns were initiated, analyzed and rotated for optimal effectiveness to direct traffic to the ever changing CPO inventory. In-store promotional pieces delivered awareness of the zero cost maintenance program and BMW's new Holiday campaign hit national television, 

Role + Accomplishments:  

 

  • Drafted strategic messaging documents including creative briefs for BMW Corporate to utilize for internal creative development within the national and regional markets. This included the creative brief used for the national launch of the all-new BMW 3 Series convertible.

  • Managed the client to Ad Agency relationship for the world-renown car retailer BMW - overseeing the Western Regional markets

  • Managed and led the cross-discipline relationships between media, legal, finance, and creative to oversee the development and implementation of creative for a variety of marketing platforms including television, radio, print, digital and out-of-home. 

  • Prepared analytical data reports for both internal and client presentations that detailed user experience and success rates for online campaigns. 

  • Provided competitive market reports with proactive recommendations for the entire BMW product line and across all advertising platforms for BMW Corporate and regional dealerships. 

  • Established and maintained valuable relationships with BMW Corporate and dealers ensuring continued collaborative efforts.

  • Over twenty digital campaigns were initiated, analyzed and rotated for optimal effectiveness to direct traffic to the fluctuating inventory. 

  • In-store promotional pieces delivered awareness of the zero cost maintenance program

  • Oversaw the regionalization of BMW's new holiday campaign

  • Key participant in new business development strategies and presentations
