MANAGE THE AGENCY TO CLIENT AND INTERNAL CREATIVE/PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT RELATIONSIPS TO ENSURE MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR CLIENT ADVERTISING AND MARKETING OBJECTIVES WERE ACCOMPLISHED ON-TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET.

By the end of my tenure, Nokia saw the successful launch of three iconic product campaigns under their multi-million dollar budget which included print, online and out of home in prestigious outlets such as NYC Times Square.  

Accomplishments:  

 

  • Participated in global market research focus groups to provide Nokia Global with the strategic branding and advertising insight for upcoming campaigns. 

  • Managed the client to Ad Agency relationship for top tier brands NOKIA, TELEFLORA and MERVYNS.

  • Key participant in new business development strategies and presentations.

  • Managed the creative relationship between art directors and copywriters to oversee the development and implementation of creative for a variety of marketing platforms including print, online and out-of-home.

  • Hosted weekly client meeting to review current and prospective projects including budgets, trameframes, creative and market analysis. 

  • Managed the multi-million dollar financial marketing accounting budgets for print, online and out-of-home which comprised of creative, account and media fees. 

  • Provided competitive industry market reports for the consumer and b2b cell phone and enterprise technology sectors to deliver proactive recommendations designed to increase market share and meet client objectives. 

  • Managed the daily workflow between the production, creative and media teams to ensure creative materials met brand standards and exceed client expectations through on-time delivery and within budget.

  • Analyzed online campaign and web traffic statistics to ensure optimal success rates amongst campaign efforts.
